Fluffer work x 12 for physique update at the end of the Test/EQ bulk. This was a solid enough run with some notable lean size put on into the arms/shoulders and upper back that was quite good but my shifting towards quick digesting carbs (rice) definitely had me overshoot my macros and the result is a greater BF accumulation

For a first time experience with EQ, I was certainly pleased with it, especially as a means of limiting estro sides of which I am prone to. Despite running 500mg test, I did not run into any of the side which I experienced at a much lower dose during last years cycle. The EQ really seemed to keep the water away and definitely gave me a little boost in endurance. As a shift worker, I found that I had more in the tank on those long night shifts. When something goes off at 0200, the EQ gave me a notable boost that I haven’t experienced with other compounds.

Nearing the end of the run, some folks around me noticed that I was a little “colder” which is difficult to quantify for sure but it is worth noting. Now the missus is devastatingly pregnant so she may be sensitive to how I am but I didn’t want to discount that testimony.

All and all, a solid run with good outcomes both performance and lifestyle wise and I look forward to the next adventure. A heavy cut is in my future and I’m looking forward to getting after it.

I’ve got my next bloods set for mid/late June for my TRT script

BP is consistently good on my wrist cuff so I’m not too anxious about it. I really think the EQ has a lot of value as a anti estro support at low to modest doses

I’ll keep that thought in mind as I escalate my test on my cycle…🤔

Just be cautious with it. It builds over time so you may end up with low estro if you go to high with it. @LevButlerov suggested a ratio that worked really good for me around 200mg weekly for 500mg test. Any more than that and I would have likely ran into troubles

Good looking out, I’ve read that 3:1 test to EQ is a good jump off point then get blood work 6ish weeks in to see.

Definitely solid. I owe a lot to your advice regarding lowering my unplanned dose of EQ. Had I went ahead with the planned 300, id have likely wiped my estro and had to have aborted the run.

Big thanks for that rock solid advice 👍👍

@Farmboy overall a really good job on this and yes, equipoise is one of the best. A lot of people have really good results on it.

but my shifting towards quick digesting carbs (rice) definitely had me overshoot my macros and the result is a greater BF accumulation

Not as such. Too much too often did that. Not just rice as it is
That makes a lot of sense, I really heavily shifted into rice, especially once I found how convenient it was with the shiftwork

Well brothers, it was a good back day but a poor eye day. Brought out the old frames instead of contacts but FML this is unpleasant. It’s my own fault though, the scar tissue came from me driving a work vehicle a tad too fast and rolling it. Now had I went to the doc immediately they probably could’ve fixed my eye up quicker but I left it for a few days and now here we are; I can get taken out by a spec of grit 😓😓😓

Back went solid today, pleased with the Vulcan ropes for saving the lat pushdown movement. The Facepulls also felt good with long holds starting out to wake up and target the muscle. Back to replacement levels of test to coast until the cut can begin with Team O2

Set up the leg press for tomorrow at 0300.

So the modernization of my training continues and I’ve worked to incorporate a common piece of feedback raiding my chest day; the absence of a pressing movement. I’ve long and shifted away from flat bench as I found that to be dominated by my triceps and front delts, both of which were overdeveloped by my early equipment limitations. That said, diversity in movements is important and I know my EVO brothers are correct in suggesting a pressing movement.

Enter the incline press, easily doable in my home setup and I found it really took a lot of the tricep out and shifted the tension more into the chest/front delt. The AMRAPs with partial ROM also really lit up the chest and will now be a regular in my chest days. Volume was definitely quite high today and will be reduced as the weights climb up.

This will be one of the final posts on this log as a wrap up as owing to the very fast processing and shipping, my new log with Team Oxygen will begin this week.

100% flat bench was way too tricep and shoulder dominant. Cables have been very good

My gym is getting a cable machine at the end of the month, and I can't wait 😁
Sweet deal man, great for constant tension and form. I haven’t had to deal with a significant injury since getting one. The cables keep the ROM in a safe radius especially when pushing close to ugly failure. Very safe on joints

I noticed you do a lot of cable work, and it seems to get good results,.I never considered the injury aspect, but you can guarantee when the cable machine lands, ill be stealing a few of your workouts 😂

Absolutely brother, I think you will really love the safe volume and weight that you can push with cables. I’m pretty crunched up from work I’ve done so injury prevention in training is a HUGE priority for me.

@Farmboy Cannot go wrong with incline press. I have not done any flat bench in year. I just don't care about my pure "how much you bench bro" strenght. My chest really got growing once i've switched to incline DB presses. My arms are very long are flat barbell bench press was simply prone to injury if i wanted to get a full ROM as i need to get my elbows way too low to reach my pecs with the bar.

That makes a lot of sense, I’ve noticed some elbow impingement on flat press when I’ve pushed the weights up and not a lot of chest.

I gotta get heavier dumbbells for the home rig

This will be one of the final posts on this log as a wrap up as owing to the very fast processing and shipping, my new log with Team Oxygen will begin this week.

Loving those AMRAPs!

@Farmboy Cannot go wrong with incline press. I have not done any flat bench in year. I just don't care about my pure "how much you bench bro" strenght. My chest really got growing once i've switched to incline DB presses. My arms are very long are flat barbell bench press was simply prone to injury if i wanted to get a full ROM as i need to get my elbows way too low to reach my pecs with the bar.
there is NOTHING better to grow a chest than an incline press!

Lots of solid volume today with deteriorating ROMs per AMRAP exercise. Pushed the press weight up a couple 10s without issue and finished off with some forearm work where I’m not worried about compromising my grip.

Day one for me of my last set before getting a month off to help with the baby. A lot of loose ends to tidy at work. Additionally, I should be getting a exciting package in the mail today from our Gold sponsor 💪💪 Ideally I will be able to close this log, do the TD and start the new log immediately

Partial AMRAPs were 12 and then you were able to get another 12 next set with higher weight? I am confused...
What is the usual rest time between sets?

Excited for that Gold drop coming in soon! and you must be more excited with the daddy day care soon eh?

Never a month off. Gym 7 out of 8 days as current. I won’t compromise that even if I must get up at 0300 as if it was a work day. Steady grind forward, slow, inescapable and consistent. The missus knows this well 😂

When I push up with weight for legs, I love pre-exhaustion and treat increases like they’re separate sets. After water, push harder and for more. After all, I get a break while I go grab more plates lol

Legs rest time is typically 90sec to 150sec with the time extending the further in I am

Ah I saw I missed your second question. Canada post was a day off, should get everything picked up while I’m off at work

The missus is very excited, I’m looking to try and keep everyone healthy and calm. Everything else can sort itself out 😂

Good job on this training, hitting your calves and hitting your forearms. @Farmboy that makes sense. Those are areas a lot of people neglect.

@Farmboy the leg squats and the bodyweight exercises are looking nice. I'm a big fan of this type of leg training. You really work the core.

It’s solid for me for sure. The pre-exhaustion really makes me get a lot out of each working set

The forearms fit in very well on the legs day, takes up time and compromises my grip that would be an issue on other days

Solid arms training session but the missus woke me up a bit last night so there was a little extra fatigue playing in. Training felt solid though with good volume and burnout sets on each exercise, feeling pretty good.

Getting hot here now so the job becomes somewhat less pleasant but it is what it is. The missus will pick up the mail today so I predict starting the new log and TD tomorrow.

Bros, really exciting stuff happening. I'm glad you're pleased with your source. You know, back in the day we didn't have access to these sources like we do today. @Farmboy

That’s exactly it, I had a couple poor experiences (burning itchy lumps) from bad sources before finding EVO. I can’t imagine how hard it used to be

@Farmboy enjoy the time off with a new baby. Looks like you got a damn good workout.

This will be the end of this log, with the new partnership with @OxygenPharm its time to begin again in a lean out, clean out phase.

My final thoughts on the Test/EQ is that they have some very solid synergy and once you get the ratios dialed in, you’re in for a solid, lean gaining cycle with very few notable side effects.

Until the next log brothers 🫡
