Woke up 202.8Lbs and really starting to see definition.

I cut out Hgh this week to start to reduce water weight for next weekends vacation.

I also added in Clen and Winstrol. I had been feeling muscle soreness so took 2 days off from the gym. Yesterday I did start to cramp up and i suspect its from the clen. Gonna start to take Taurine to see if that helps control the cramps.

I did blood work on 1 first and still waiting for acouple results to come back. Will post as soon as they all come in. I will make adjustments depending on results. I might continue the cut for another month to get bf% down as low as possible and then push a lean bulk.

I can start to see abs subtly which is every exciting for me since ive never had visible abs in my life.😆

Over all im happy with day to day progress.
BP has been consistently good
Gb bounces around a bit but always in range.

I know u recommend 2days on 2 off for cleam but US Pharmacies delivery didnt come in quick enough so just gonna take it daily til next week .. then when i get back from vacation do 2 on 2 off like u recommend.

Great job man. The hair supplements look good. @Asthetek23 hopefully it's not hurting your sex drive or libido. I wasn't sure if you had mentioned that it hurt or did not bother at all. Some guys don't have any issues.

I tried to use Winstrol and Clen together and got a lot of headaches. Maybe consider dropping the clen and doing something else. I don't see that you're on RETA . @Asthetek23

Fortunately no sides from Dutasteride or Minoxidil.. ive ran finasteride in the past aswell. 🙏

Ive been on 6mg for about a month now... havent seen or felt any negatives so far

I tried to use Winstrol and Clen together and got a lot of headaches. Maybe consider dropping the clen and doing something else. I don't see that you're on RETA . @Asthetek23

Dam sorry that u ran in to those issues.. i havent experienced those sides so far. If i do I'll drop them but so far so good 🙏

Woke up 202.8Lbs and really starting to see definition.

I cut out Hgh this week to start to reduce water weight for next weekends vacation.

I also added in Clen and Winstrol. I had been feeling muscle soreness so took 2 days off from the gym. Yesterday I did start to cramp up and i suspect its from the clen. Gonna start to take Taurine to see if that helps control the cramps.

I did blood work on 1 first and still waiting for acouple results to come back. Will post as soon as they all come in. I will make adjustments depending on results. I might continue the cut for another month to get bf% down as low as possible and then push a lean bulk.

I can start to see abs subtly which is every exciting for me since ive never had visible abs in my life.😆

Over all im happy with day to day progress.
BP has been consistently good
Gb bounces around a bit but always in range.
