Woke up 202.8Lbs and really starting to see definition.
I cut out Hgh this week to start to reduce water weight for next weekends vacation.
I also added in Clen and Winstrol. I had been feeling muscle soreness so took 2 days off from the gym. Yesterday I did start to cramp up and i suspect its from the clen. Gonna start to take Taurine to see if that helps control the cramps.
I did blood work on 1 first and still waiting for acouple results to come back. Will post as soon as they all come in. I will make adjustments depending on results. I might continue the cut for another month to get bf% down as low as possible and then push a lean bulk.
I can start to see abs subtly which is every exciting for me since ive never had visible abs in my life.
Over all im happy with day to day progress.

I know u recommend 2days on 2 off for cleam but US Pharmacies delivery didnt come in quick enough so just gonna take it daily til next week .. then when i get back from vacation do 2 on 2 off like u recommend.

I think the worst side effects are in the first month and it's smooth sailing.Ive been on 6mg for about a month now... havent seen or felt any negatives so far
Keep an eye on them especially if you add tren down the line.Dam sorry that u ran in to those issues.. i havent experienced those sides so far. If i do I'll drop them but so far so good![]()

You have a few issues actually. Start with e2.@LevButlerov as i suspected my e2 is crashed at 6.
That explains why my joints have been feeling weird. But other than that i dont feel no other symptoms.
Should i drop Eq? Or raise my testosterone back to 495mg ( or higher)
Prolactin is also a bit low. How can i bring that up aswell or is it good at that level?
How do all the other blood markers look?
Not taking any aiYou have a few issues actually. Start with e2.
Drop the eq and any ai completely right now. Change nothing else.
and vitamin D3 and k2 you need to take ed @Asthetek23
