First ever log.

Age 37 179cm

Background -
Injury’s - Multiple ongoing injuries, c3-4 and c5-6 disc protrusion 2019 till present and ruptured supraspinatus in my left shoulder.
I cannot lift more than 10kgs overhead with left arm.
If I stop training, I ended up in a lot of pain within a couple of months.

Body Weight - Highest recorded was 138kg (no joke) 11 years ago. Got down to 92kg in 2019 by walking, running and fasting.
Put on 20kg over time till April last year.
Since 2019 till mid 2024 I have been seeing Chiros, Physio’s and training with Exercise Phrysio’s intermittently for the pain.
Beginning of 2025 Started weight training and have not looked back.
Dropped 12kg in the last 7 months and have put back on 4kg in 3 weeks since starting my cycle. Current weight 102kg.

Started TRT with a clinic after a mate referred me and realised they did not know what they were doing.
My mate was actually buying from UGL OZ for years and wanted me to go the legit way first 🤷‍♂️ good bloke 🫡

Half an avocado.

Dinner
Extra Lean Pork Mince with Superlo cal thin noodles, spring onion and Choi sum.
= 455 calories

Snacks
200g of watermelon
2 large hard boiled eggs
1 medium banana
Musashi protein bar
= 763 calories

Total = 2173 Calories

Water intake sits at roughly 3 litres a day.
Walk an average of 10000 steps at work Monday to Friday.

100kg hack squats 3 x 10
200kg leg press 3 x 10
70kg leg extensions 3 x 10
54kg leg curls 3 x 10
68kg calf raises 2 x 10 and 1 x 8

All my training sessions are timed by 1:30 second intervals between sets.

In 10 weeks the plan is to drop to 200mg of test and 100mg of Primo if i can get it and add 2IU of HGH daily.

Definitely can be frustrating to isolate after a butchered surgeon job. Kudos to you for being persistent.

The diet looks great aswell, be sure to get in atleast 200g of high quality protein a day to
keep that muscle you’ve got already. IMO it’s important to track. Judging by your food choices though you already know that!

What’s your goal? I’m not sure of how muscular you are but I’m 100kg on a cut so I’m a pretty similar spot I’d imagine.

Lower back is sore from yesterday’s leg session. My legs are fine 🤷‍♂️

Getting definition on my lats, traps, delts, biceps and triceps.
Heaps of work still to do around my flanks, they have been the hardest to work. My abdomen has flattened out in the last 6 months just by being in a calorie deficit with TRT @150mg split weekly.
Have heaps of loose skin due to my original size.

Current goals for reference are keep working on my core area, build muscle around my injuries to support them, stay fit and healthy for the and dead lift more than my wife. She’s currently lifting 110kg 3x 5.
Visual aesthetics never bothered me in life 🤷‍♂️

Reta 1mg is pretty low but of course titratre up as needed.

Ever thought of getting the ruptured tendon repaired?
My doctor thinks It might be possible for it to heal over time.
I was thinking of adding BPC and TB to the mix over 10 weeks to see if it helps.

Awesome first log brother. You’ve overcome more setbacks than most people ever face and you’re still moving forward. Looking forward to watching the strength numbers climb and seeing you chase down that deadlift PR over the wife 💪
