Okay today is Chest, Tri’s, abs and light cardio.
This morning was a bit of an experiment.
I tried a couple of things to make sure that I won’t be doing them.
Tried Smith Machine Incline, it is not happening, my shoulder did not like it.
Tried light Dumbbell incline, the angle of bringing the weights to the ready…it isn’t happening.
One handed I can, because I can use both hands to get the position and get the weight set in the up position.
Are one handed DB incline presses effective??
So Hammer Strength Machines and cable flys is what things will be.
Chest
Hammer strength pin loaded incline
I increased the weight a bit. 70lbs each side will be it for a minute. Was getting shoulder grind
