Hey just checking if anyone has had a bad experience with UGL OZ
i have had no luck receiving my order and cant get intouch with them
is this common for UGL?

You can only order from UGLOZ.IS no other means of ordering. If you ordered from that site. Email [email protected] with you order number

I never posted here before, but I used UGL maybe 2 weeks back, had to use tor or a vpn or some sort of routing system to connect (i used the routing system built into brave browser with ALT + SHIFT + N), payed with, i think ltc, no email or order confirmations but it arrived in the post i think 2 days later. site url was ugloz.is, did it all through their website, only complaints I have about them is how out of stock they are on my fave items buts thats probably a good sign.

I began my whole order process around 3 weeks ago now.

This whole process was done initially on the website however when I experienced a problem transferring the bitcoin over, support & contact shifted over onto What5app.
On the official page, it says UGL only contacts through Email, Telegram or the Website, and my friends have now grown some suspicion and worry about whether someone has been acting as UGL on What5app or if there is offical staff on there.

My mates left very postive reviews about how quick they ship and can be trusted yet it has been a 3 week hassle for me.

We have been asked to send numerous payments since the original order and been told package would be arriving yet have been left waiting for two days now. Just growing a weary and wondering if others have experienced this too or if we have just been scammed?

Sorry bro UGLOZ definitely does not operate on Whatsapp. Their delivery speed is also top notched so 3 weeks definitely doesn't sound like them.

This is not how it’s works, there is no UGL Oz whats app… unfortunately you have been scammed.
