anavar cutting stack

You should switch from anavar to oxandrovar.

Week 1-4:
Testosterone cyp 250mgs/week
Oxandrovar 2caps/day (1 am/1 preworkout)
Cardarine (GW-501516) 20mgs/day
aromasin 12.5mgs/day
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM

Week 5-12:
Test cyp 500mgs/week
Cardarine (GW-501516) 20mgs/day
aromasin 25mgs/day
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM


Week 13-17: PCT
week 1-2
kick start (2 weeks): HCGenerate ES - 2 caps AM/1 post workout/1 PM
week 1-5--following:
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20/10
Aromasin week 1-2: 12.5mgs EOD, week 3-4: 7.5mgs EOD

I like wolf's set up of Oxandrovar + cardarine but I would also add S4 for more shredding, hardness, strength and vascularity
 
I love the set up but I don't love the fact that your body fat is so high... You need to run a sarms triple stack FIRST and get your body fat down in the right area before you consider a hormone or steroid... Your at a body fat that can cause a lot of problems when run in conjunction with methylated steroids or hormones... here is the stack... run this through and get yourself in the right condition first and then run the oxandrovar stack...

Bump'n this biotch back up....

I just took inventory of my suppz stash and I have enough to run this exact stack at least 2 twice maybe 3 times. So that should tell you how massive my hoarding has been. So...I haven't posted in a while. Been working with an coach for the past 60 weeks. All natty no cycles. Just good old fashioned grinding in the gym and no bullshitting with my diet. Daily weigh-ins and weekly macro tweaking.

I went from 225lb-193lb this morning. 8" inch reduction in my waist and about a two increase in chest. All lifts went up, up, up:

Bench: 335lb x 3
Squat: 475lb x 3
DL: 505lb x 2

So now I'm think I'm going to test out this new body with a cycle and i'm going to do just what Dylan described above. Prob start end of Feb after I return from mini winter vacation.

Question:

1. week 7-15, the OxandroVar portion; will I need some sort of test base? I think the answer is no as the Ox has something in the stack to cover as a test. However, I thought I would ask.

2. liquidex; is this to protect/counter any gyno flare ups?

3. I know there isn't a need for creatine during the "on" portion but would it be smart to add it during THIS above prescribed PCT?

4. after the last day of PCT, would it be smart to run a OTC/Natty test booster immediately after? I've heard Osta can be suppressive. I've used it before but as a cycle so a PCT followed.

5. Goal is to shred more; particulary my hams, lower back, upper back area. secondary goal is gain some strenghth, but I don't want to pack on a bunch of mass. I know i will probably put on a few lbs and that's okay. I plan on staying in a slight calorie deficit for the first half of the cycle and adjust as needed.

Looking for answers/comments/suggestions to the above questions. Thanks in advance fellow meat heads. :cool:

Nothing. The 60 weeks have been all natty man. srs. the key was actually and methodically being in/on a structure cut. ive been working out for 15+ years. the last 10 i have been really serious and the last 5 i discoverd PHs. However only in the last 60 weeks have i discovered that your diet IS THE foundation.

so now i want to cycle with this new found knowledge and see what those gainz look like.
 
i personally always been against cutting/bulking cycles

its more about picking a roid that doesnt retain as much water, diet and how youre training
