Thinking if I can take prohormones at 19 years old or what other alternatives do I have for a young guy. Also read about sarms and test boosters but can't decide what's best for me. Recommendations?
 
bro you way too young, how long is your test that you want to boost it?....i guess max you can do something natural like hcgenerate but i think you can do well just staying natural bro....

You are nineteen body is pumping most hormones you ever will. Discipline yourself to have patience train hit ass off eat right and continue to research various ways to stimulate growth by different approaches . Worry about that crap later your body right now is full of hormones

Your best alternative would be a decent pre-workout supplement, some creatine supplementation, combined with real whole food. I suggest chicken breast and brown rice. How long have you been training? Most guys at your age can make amazing progress im a relatively short time from simply getting there diet down and training really fucking hard.

Why prohormones? They are very risky for a guy like you. Most of them aren't as good as actual steroids. And if you live in the USA they are illegal. Prohormones are really not worth the risk, time, or hassle at all (except for a select few) considering for a lot of people the legality is the same.
 
What are your stats? weight, height, training for how long act? Goals? I know you don't want to hear it, but stay natural as long as you can. Get as big as you can before doing a run of AAS or PH's.
I didn't do my first cycle till I was in my 30's.

Sounds to me like you need a Trainer.
I had one when I was 19, and Powerlifting in the AAU, in the 198 Lb. Class.

I trained and competed natty and I was still bigger and stronger than my whole gym as teen and early 20s, I figured at age 35 the body begins to decline , however I fought that with gear now at 50 , I date 20 year olds , no gut , luckily all my hair most think I'm 27 or 30 then after a spell they sense something and ask lol I once dated this Georgeous 20 year old I met at gym - after 3 months she asked and she began banging the steering wheel in shock lol , now I just don't tell lol

My point lol: train smart eat smart you will grow. When you can stimulate growth natural it is then you will reap the rewards of gear , people waste money on huge screwed up cycles cuz they have no patience or knowledge and think aas will make up for it.

The three commandments of Hulkamania are as follows: 1 Train. 2 Say your prayers. 3. Eat your vitamins. As a sub section to #3: Get plenty of good cholesterol (eggs) along with zinc. Vegetables and good meat. Find a way to get lots of probiotics in your diet. Then when your up around late 20s to mid 30's, say fuck it and get on the juice. Your body will do much greater things with the juice if its fresh and healthy.
 
You are in the middle of the very best testosterone cycle you are every going to have. Shutting it down by using "supps" is just plain wrong.

Stop looking for magic beans and go train like an animal. Eat steak and green stuff with lots of fats. Sleep 8-10 hours per day. If you really want it, you will do it without excuses.

Then, when your hormones settle down in about 5 years you will have a physical foundation that will respond well to some "prompting", plus you won't need to be taking viagra to get it on.
