So here is my plan, feel free to constructively critique and share insight.
-Stats-
AGE-24
HEIGHT- 5'10''
WEIGHT 250
Body Fat-Roughly 20-22 (don't have bod pods or anything available in Japan, only my calipers.)
Been lifting since 7th Grade-very active lifestyle, football, basketball and racing dirt bikes. Currently I just work and race on weekends.
I'm a big solid dude, however I have a strongman type build, and am looking at showcasing my muscles and therefore stripping the fat and tightening up.
I've gone whole life natty up until 3 years ago and ran 2 very light PH cycles, and now currently doing just Ostarine, while cal deficit and have lost 2 inches on waist while maintained weight and gained strength. If you need more stats. muscle measurements let me know, maybe pics? idk.
My goal from this cycle is to gain strength maybe size, but MAIN goal is to help aid in fat loss and tighten up the body as a whole.
THIS IS MY FIRST REAL CYCLE
I know people advocate for just doing Test for first cycle, but my levels where very healthy last time they were checked, and really want the benefits of Tren so at the risk of getting ridiculed here goes..
-CYCLE-
1-10 Test E 150-200mg once a week (still wondering about dosage if I should do 100 or 150 or 200, want to keep it as low as possible so TREN can do the work.
2-10 Tren Ace 100mg EOD (plan on working way up from 50, as I do not know how my body will respond to compound)
7-10 50mg Anavar
PCT- Still up in Air- Opinions towards clomid welcomed.
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Was concidering Ostarine-Sarms1 at 20mg for 4 weeks as well.
DAA throughout cycle as well as everything else, just don't want to list. I will have Arimidex on hand just in case.
So have at me, this is obviously new to me, however I have done research for about 3 years now, and was just waiting for time to be right, and body be right. I've been trolling this forum as well as others for quite some time and felt this place would be where I lay it all down.
