4 weeks post pec tear surgery

I'm 4 weeks post surgery and things are going well. Hitting 4 light workouts a week with lower body and right arm exercises. Emphasis on light.

Currently running 2 iu a day of USA pharm Somatropin. Opinions on this dose for therapeutic use? Thinking of getting a second kit from DS (Canada peps) and continuing after this kit.

Waiting for deca to arrive. Plan to run low dose 250 a week for therapeutic use and collagen synthesis.

Also running Ostarine 25 mg a day for healing benefits and muscle preservation.

And test e 250/week (cruise)

I'm looking for suggestions or opinions on this stack. Diet is great and I'm already supplementing with vitamin C, d3, etc. Don't say AAS won't help because there's plenty of medical literature that says otherwise, especially GH.

Just want opinions or suggestions! I'm still kinda new around here (lurked for awhile before posting). Love Evo so far. Amazing resource....

Looks pretty solid in my opinion man, I hurt a pec once myself and I did a shit load of band work, stretching, and rolled that motherfucker out on my PVC pipe or lacrosse ball all the time to keep breaking up the scar tissue, acid, etc. You could eventually up to 4IUs a day and so on but the GH takes a while... There is some decent research on other peptides for healing properties

I've read some good things about bpc-157 and tb -500 in regards to its healing properties, something to consider in your rehab process. Good luck.

Thanks fellas. Yeah I've read on the same peps but figured GH would be optimal. Plus the TB is pretty expensive to dose properly. Something to consider though! I can't roll or massage yet as I had surgery but once rehab begins I will. I appreciate the input!!!

Looks like a decent cycle to get good results for healing. Add in some Glucosamine Sulfate, you need the actual material available for healing.

I've also been taking 3-5 grams of cissus a day too since surgery. Kind of my substitute for glucosamine/conventional joint supps..

looks good brother just take it slow don't want any set backs that a major injury

Looks like you are doing the right things to aid your healing. Just make sure to do the proper things in the gym, and don't aggravate that injury and you'll be golden

Thanks a ton for the replies guys. My workouts are primarily to maintain some light cardio and promote blood flow. Not to mention stay mentally sane. Love the input fellas.

My wife had a torn rotator cuff (fully torn and retracted supraspinatus) and ran 3 iu hgh for almost 6 months after her surgery. Her ortho surgeon was overwhelmed by her progress post op. She focused on the stretching and band work. As far as we're concerned the hgh was well worth it. She's 9 months post op and doing dumbbell presses, latpulldwons, deadlifts, etc.

That's incredible. Congrats! I want to run GH longer but it is a bit costly. Running serostim at the moment but may need to look into cheaper alternatives. I'd like to run for at least 3 months. Don't care about the muscle gain just the recovery. Opinions on length to run GH for recovery purposes?
