multi vitamins during cycle

Planning my cycle right, a few questions: 1) what multi vitamin should I use with my cycle? 2) what pre workout should I be using?
 
bro here you go...1...use n2guard as a multi vitamin....2...dspark is the best preworkout....
 
If you have a good diet along with N2guard, you should he covered well. For Preworkout, Dspark and GW is pretty awesome

1st......what are you running...??? if your using orals, cycle support (good cycle supprort is a MUST)

2nd....Why do you use a pre WO???

d spark (t booster + AI) or n2slin + 15-20g dextrose & 8g bcaa will work 5x better than any all in 1 pre WO out there....
 
Any multi is fine but Id recommend an organic vitamin. Many multi vitamins contain toxic fillers or less beneficial synthetic versions of vitamins. As for preworkout that's all preference.

N2guard is also great and contains many of the needed vitamins if your diet is sufficient as Rick mentioned.

For on cycle nothing compares to N2Guard, preworkout is going to vary a ton from person to person..

I use the one by N2bm called 3D Multivitamin and for preworkout i still have a couple of tubs of the old n2kts.
 
I've always used 200 to 400 mg of B complex daily.A multi and fish oil.Does anyone have any experience with using more B .It seems to work for me...
