EQ and hunger

Im currently using eq and Im getting situations where Im very hungry and freak out,I eat like everything I can get my hands on especially in the morning Im super hungry.What can I do about that??! Im also using nutrobal maybe Im hungry because of that

Wow, about the only thing that you can do is try and Eat Smart.
You got a Double Wammy, EQ usually makes people hungry.
Now you added the Nutrobal, that stuff had me Crazy Hungry all by itself.
It took me about 2 Weeks to get the Cravings under control........................................... JP

Never heard of Nutrobal ... but EQ definately increases appetite for many people. Like JP said ... eat smart and try to control the cravings. I usually focus on some activity or just try to keep busy in general. The cravings become unbearable when im bored or just at home with nothing going on haha the kitchen is all I can think about.

Add more fiber to your diet, and drink more water - it will fill your stomach. I imagine that you are having some bad cravings - EQ and Nutrobal are a double hit for hunger.

yeah I was thinking the same thing. combining two compounds that are known to increase hunger

EQ never made me hungry but I found that when I was using EQ I never felt full/satiated. It was a really weird feeling. I could eat a thanksgiving turkey dinner's worth of food and not feel full.

Nutrabol slightly increased my hunger. Not a whole lot but I did notice it.

It's just the nature of the two compounds. Each compound effects each person differently. The only thing you can really do is be aware of it and remind yourself that you aren't really hungry, it's just the compounds influencing your body's hunger signals. If it becomes unbearable, reduce your dosages until your body acclimatizes and then slowly work your dosages back up.

EQ doesn't make me hungry. But you should try to eat clean when you get cravings and drink water to help you feel full.

I had the same issue. EQ made my appetite limitless. I would shovel everything in my face and be hungry a half hour later.

I know its hard man. I like to run EQ as well and have had weight and eating issues from when I was younger. Best bet is to eliminate as much of the junk from your kitchen. Out of sight, out of mind. Not sure what your living situation is like so that may or may not be possible. Also, PREP YOUR MEALS IN ADVANCE! I'm not yelling at you, more so myself because this is where I and probably most people go astray. Always have food ready and you will be more likely to eat what is available, the good stuff, than going out and getting a supreme pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce(which is what I have done in the past). Stay mentally strong bro!

With mk677 I noticed huge hunger increases. I have to carry 3-4 quest bars (f********* zero impact bars being discontinued). I still drink casein at night, eat in the morning - and I had to eat a bar before lunch without feeling like I'm starving for a wrestling meet back in college
