Prop/var cycle results

Finished a 12 week prop and var cycle. Started @210 at roughly 12-14% bodyfat and ended up at 215 and much leaner. I broke my foot last year and didn't hit the gym at all for 5 months.

Gained a shit ton of weight as shown in the 1st pic. I got my ass back in there, ate clean and got to a low enough bodyfat to run AAS. 2nd cycle ever and proud of my work this year. 1st pic is early February this year...2nd pic is a week ago

Brother impressive work! I'll give credit where credit is due. Also smart of you to diet down first... Im planning on running the same cycle starting in March to trim up myself. What doses did you run, and what source was it?

Robolics..100mg EOD and 80 mg daily on the var. For what it's worth, I didn't notice the var at all. ..not even pumps although I labmaxed it and it passed. Diet was meticulous though. No cheats for 6 straight months. No shit

@cujolaverga: Great job! I've been wanting (planning) to run a prop plus something else cycle for a long time now...you just reinforced my plan on doing it!
 
Wow! Congrats Man. On the results and mainly on the dedication to you goals and program. That is hard to to.

My bf isnt as bad as you at your worst...but similar. Im no stranger to strict diet and routine, But ive let myself go over the last year too. I sometimes feel that getting back to where I was is a million miles away, but this post lights a fire under my ass.

Yea that's who I was planning to run, already got the Robo prop. Is that your first experience with var? Sounds unusual to not have insane pumps, that's kindof what it is known for. Everybody's body is different though

Yeah 1st experience with it. I did a test only cycle 5 years before this. I didn't notice anything at all to be honest. You're right...everyone is different

Right on. The way I see it is that we are all in this battle together. .lol. It comes easier for some than others. I like to eat. ..a lot. So everyday I have to remind myself of the bigger picture. Thx everyone!!!

Damn that sucks. Sometimes low doses work better idk. Like ive seen studies that showed 25mg of aromasin a day lowered estrogen more than 50mg a day. Next time start Var at around 20-30mg a day and taper to around 50mg to find the sweet spot.

thnx for sharing that with us, I've been on my game for most of my life but like JP major injuries and surgeries have totally knocked me down at times, like right now. sometimes the hardest thing is to just get going off the couch for real and of course put the doritos and ring dings down hahaha.

Did you get post cycle bloodworm? Lipids by any chance? Anavar is famous for crashing the hdl, and 80mg is a very high dose to run.

If your hdl was off it would be an indicator that the var was in fact real, you just didn't notice it working. I'm just looking at your progress pics and they really are impressive bro. Its hard to believe you achieved that in 12 weeks with only 350mg test a week with NOTHING else.

Robo also seems to have an amazing reputation around here I would be surprised if his anavar wasn't any good.

No I didnt. I should have. .just didnt. I ran 12 weeks but dieted down pretty hard since February 2nd.

That happened to me too dude except i became 155lbs. The sad part was pre cycle i was 168 but after the injury i got so damn lazy and depressed i just gave up for a few months. It sucks but thats just part of life and a good learning experience as well. Whenever you get any feeling of giving up just remember what happened last time.

Yeah, I Cut pretty Hard. A lot of meticulous meal planning, a lot of cardio, and a lot of iron work. The frequent pins sucked a lot of ass. Halfway through I had talked myself into adding some tren, but chickened out because of fear of the cough. I was 100%

Yeah I don't know much about tbol. I've read up on it..but the reviews are mixed, probably due to product quality. Don't know what to expect from it really

This is some great progress you have made! I have been on the same boat as you, and also got fat after certain events in my life. But I got myself together, and got back in shape. The most important thing is to keep working hard even after achieving this kind of results.

There is no turning back now. I'm not about to give up what I worked so hard for. Looking to put on some clean weight this year. Have 3j ' s doung my diet...we will see what happens
