Finished a 12 week prop and var cycle. Started @210 at roughly 12-14% bodyfat and ended up at 215 and much leaner. I broke my foot last year and didn't hit the gym at all for 5 months.
Gained a shit ton of weight as shown in the 1st pic. I got my ass back in there, ate clean and got to a low enough bodyfat to run AAS. 2nd cycle ever and proud of my work this year. 1st pic is early February this year...2nd pic is a week ago
