Tren Dosage Question

I'm on my first cycle of tren. I'm also running about 200mg of Test C and Mast E per week.

I have a predisposition to anxiety, so I started running tren at very low dosages and increased the dosage over several weeks.

My dosages look like this over the weeks.

Week 1: 20mg EOD
Week 2-3: 30mg EOD
Week 4: 40mg EOD
Week 5: 50mg EOD
Week 6: 30mg ED
Week 7: 40mg ED
Week 8+: TBD

So I'm on week 7 and I'm at 40mg ED. When I first started, I didn't notice much, but at week 4, I started getting a huge increase in strength. All of my lifts went up quite a bit.
My bench went up 50lbs that week. Since then, I haven't really gained anymore strength. I've been adding more and more tren to the cycle, but it doesn't seem to be adding any more strength.
I also have not had many sides. I sweat a bit more, and have a little insomnia and anxiety, but nothing too bad. Once I got to 30mg ED, my sex drive went through the roof. It's never been this high before, except maybe when I was 17, but not even then.

My question is, at 40mg EOD tren seemed to start working well, but more or less plateaued after that. Adding double the amount since then has seriously increased my sex drive, but has not done much for the gym. In another week, I may bump it to 50mg ED, but part of me is asking why...

Can anyone else on here give me a reason to go up higher, or should I not just use strength as an indicator of trens success. I know I'm at relatively small doses still compared to some of you maniacs, but, my body is changing, I'm ready to bang anything that moves, and I'm much stronger. I'm planning on running 12 weeks or so, with blood work to make sure all is well.

Just looking for some thoughts.

Anything involving the human body follows a bell curve response. Meaning that as you increase your input (tren dosage) your output (results) slowly start to diminish and eventually actually start to become negative.

When it comes to hormones and the body, less is truly more. It seems like 40mg EOD of tren is your sweat spot where you are just about at the peak of the bell curve. I would keep your dosage at 40mg EOD for the remainder of your cycle.

A few tips for your cycle:
1. If you aren't using an AI - start using aromasin at 10mg EOD. You can order it from ag-guys.com

2. Tren is one of the most toxic compounds you can possibly put into your body. I STRONGLY suggest running a liver aid when using tren. N2guard from n2bm.com at 7 capsules/day.

3. Keep cabergoline on hand incase you get a prolactin flair up from the tren. You can order it from ag-guys.com. 0.5mg E3D is a good dosage if prolactin side effects occur.

Thanks for the reply. I definitely have AI and caber on hand. I don't really notice any negative effects yet, so I'm not really using those too much. From what I understand about prolactin, is that it affects your libido. I'm able to go and then go again pretty quick, so that's an indication my prolactin levels are in check. I do take a small dose of caber only 1x a week, and I also take a small AI dose as well, but nothing too crazy.

I'm glad you agree with the dosage situation. I'm gonna run one more week at my current dose, and if I don't see any reason to stay that high, I'm gonna bump it down and continue with a lower dose. No reason in my mind to run extra gear if I'm not getting extra value from it. However, the sex drive is pretty fun. The girl friend starting asking questions about it lol.
 
50 pounds on your bench is nothing to celebrate. that is way too much too fast. you need to back off ASAP or you could face major soft tissue and joint problems.

this is a marathon, not a sprint

over the course of 20+ years lifting I have added 200 pounds to my bench. that is an average of ONLY 10 per year. and here you are adding 50 pounds in less than 2 months.

and yes your sex drive is high, it is because of those things called androgens. nothing gets me more crazy in that depo than tren does

I think that many tend to rely on hormones too much, and forget about the importance of a proper diet and sleeping patterns. You should pay a close attention to this aspect of cycling, as it has a very considerable influence on your performance.

Yea I hear you about going up too fast. Bench in particular has always been a very difficult exercise for me, and chest in general. I've been really working at it over the years trying all kinds of things, but the weight rarely increases. Any time I'm on cycle it shoots up, (not like tren did) but it does go up, then I keep a little of it when I come off. The weight now isn't too massive, and I feel my frame can easily support it. I'm not trying to add another 50 or anything. I'm just reaching for more reps now.

I totally agree, the diet is nice and clean, and I'm getting a good 7.5 - 8.5 hours each night. I'm definitely giving my body time to heal and recover, taking time off when that extra day is needed.

In such case what you could do, is come back to the dosage of tren that gave you the best results, and instead of increasing its dosage in search of better strength results, add another compound at a low dosage. For instance, you may consider adding Andarine S4 or LGD-4033 - both of these SARMs will give you an amazing strength boost without additional side effects. Also, you may as well add Cardarine GW-501516 to the cyle - it will improve recovery, cardio and endurance. And most importantly, it will prevent most of trenbolone's side effects from occurring.
 
I'm on 800mg of tren/week right now and with proper supports and GW my Blood pressure is 120/60

GW seems to combat the stamina issue. When I was on test/tren I was having a very difficult time finishing a CrossFit workout because my cardio was totally fucked. When I started taking GW it seemed to have helped much.

Sex drive was through the roof sometimes 3 n 4 times a day thanks caber lol but again tren would wear me down before nut bust. Lol
