Hey Guys,

I am thinking of taking D-Spark as a pre-workout along with the sarms triple stack protocol. D-Spark says not to be used for more than 12 weeks straight. I have heard that you can use it during PCT as well, if I am doing an 12 week on-cycle and an 4 week PCT when should I start taking D-Spark?
 
bro dspark is good stuff...but its out of stock for another 4 weeks...wait until its back if you want to use it...meanwhile just throw together a sarms triple stack with n2slin...

Yeah I have been looking at the site keeping an eye on it. So four more weeks till I can order it bummer. I am stoked to try it out as I don't normally due pre-workout.
 
It is fine to use DSpark for a longer time. Just make sure to be using proper dosages, and keep the overall cycle in moderation - 14-16 weeks would be ok. It is a very good pre-workout - my favorite in fact. There are very few supplements that are non-stims, don't cause side effects, and yet work so well. Ever since I started using it, never came back to it.

Yeah I have tried the major main stream pre-workouts some worked ok for me but most I did not feel anything or got sick to my stomach on them right now the only thing I take 15-30 min before workout are BCAA's from Muscle Pharm
 
You guys ever try Psychotic by InsaneLabz? Everyone at my gym is raving about it. Supposed to be really strong but great for focus and strength. I figured I'd ask you guys and see what your thoughts are.. if you guys have even heard of it or not. Reviews look all right. I think it's got DMAA in it and I don't mind DMAA but it doesn't do too much for me personally!

the supplement industry tries desperately to out do each other with these stupid stimulants. if you need a stim before your workout then in my mind you are addicted badly. I would like to see guys depend on their diet to get energy before their workout and not on a stim. and they do fuck up your sleep bigtime too

Pre-workouts are really not much more then a flavoured caffeine supplement. You can make yourself a very effective pre-workout stack for a lot cheaper.

Take 1 small cup of black coffee + 1 serving of creatine + 1 b100 vitamin 30 minutes before your workout. It'll provide a nice cognitive boost with no crash.

Heres the best thing ive found so far.

Eat your preworkout meal about 45 to an hour before the gym. My meal consists of salmon or chicken and either oats or Brown rice.

B50 complex and creatine.

If you need a little pick up (I only do this 2 days per week during early morning workouts) have a cup of coffee.

This will give you intense energy and best part of all....its natural energy from food sources.

200mg caffeine
3gr l tyrosine
8-16mg ephedrine as a base

Feel free to add
3-6mg yohimbe (gives more punch to any stack, nice temperature elevation too!)
200mg sulbutiamine (dopamine agonist)
100-300mg adrafanil (stuff works very good, takes 2hrs to kick fully lasts a long time)
20mg geranium (use sparingly, once a week max)
DMAE

Everything listed here is beyond cheap to buy, tinker with each one, find your "sweet spot" and get the best f'in workouts possible through intelligent use of these products.

Anything premade has it's flaws as it was not designed for you. You design your own and call the shots in regards to what you feel like using on a given day.
