Red chest and neck ?

Hello evo bros,

I'm currently on 6th week of my test e cycle (500mg) and since 1 or 2 weeks a part of my chest and my neck are a little red, it's very light like a little sunburn.

What can cause that ? Is it normal ?

With it starting to warm up, are you sure it isn't just a sun burn?

It might be due to blood pressure. Get your blood pressure checked immediately. If it's high, reduce your sodium intake and make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day. Get it checked again in a week. If it's still high, go to your doctor and get him to write you a blood pressure prescription. DONT take high blood pressure lightly. It is a silent killer for bodybuilders.

I'm taking arimidex but since 2 weeks i stopped because i was feeling lethargic (maybe a link with low estrogen level).

I'm taking 6g of fish oil daily, multivitamins and hcgenerate too.

Blood pressure varies per individual ,anyone who uses should have a BP monitor .
you could also be having a mild reaction to the compound you are taking or possible early stage of Rosacea. Theres too many factors involved with out a blood test.
My BP is usually 75/118

What about high red blood cells count. I know some guys are more susceptible to high rbc when on test. But u said after 1 or 2 weeks is when u noticed it. That seems a bit premature.

So i checked my blood pressure, systolic blood pressure is around 130-140 and diastolic blood pressure is around 70-80, it's a little high but i was very stressed all the day so maybe it's the cause, my poul was greater than 100...

I'm drinking a gallon of water a day, eating lot of bananas, 6g of fish oil... What can i do for decreasing blood pressure ?
 
In my opinion, most probably this high blood pressure is estrogen related. You should do blood work and see where your estrogen levels are. If they are elevated, then you can just deal with estrogen, and the BP issues will go away. If the levels are OK, then you could search for a different source of the problem.
 
Yes Lev since thursday i'm taking again arimidex 0.5mg eod.

Until blood test i'll stop my cycle, this morning i checked my blood pressure : systolic between 135 and 150, diastolic between 75 and 90, my heart rate between 60-70 (manually).

How many time after my cycle blood pressure will come to normal range ?

Finally i decided to go to the doctor because i was a little afraid and she told me i have to stop my cycle because my blood pressure is a little high and my heart rate too (+100 pulses/min at her office).

She didn't prescribed to me anything for blood pressure because it's not enough high to have a drug treatment, i don't know what to do, if i should stop or continue...

If she told you to stop your cycle, I would run take her advice and run the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

The best thing you can do to reduce blood pressure is to increase your cardiovascular endurance and loose weight. I would try to loose 10-15 pounds and really increase your conditioning before starting your next cycle.

Base your cycle around compounds that have minimal effect on blood pressure like anavar, primo and proviron.
 
Ok muskate i'll stop it, next time i'll take less testosterone (maybe 250-300 max) or will do a 4-6 weeks short cyle of test prop with anavar, primo is too expensive. ^^

Its not that bad, as like the perfect range is 120-80, so you are close to that.

How high is your bodyfat? Do you consume a lot of caffeine including products? A lil bit of cardio every now and then will help as well

This is what I was thinking as well. What is body fat percent roughly?
 
My BF is around 12%, i don't consume caffeine or coffee, only green tea 2-3 times a day and i never do cardio i don't like that. ^^
 
I'll checked up my blood pressure and heart rate before bed and tomorow morning, now i'm more relax so maybe it will decrease, if not i will stop definitively my cycle, i already missed my last injection...
 
Wow it's very wierd, i just checked my blood pressure right now and it's absolutly normal, first time 119-64, second time 127-70 and 3rd time 122-66... This morning at home and at the doctor's office it was between 140 and 150 (systolic) !!

Stress can increase blood pressure significantly ??

It definitely can drastically increase blood pressure. In fact, before measuring your blood pressure, you should sit for like 20-30 minutes and remain in a calm state - this is how you are supposed to measure your blood pressure. Obviously you will have increased BP if you are stress, or just walked up the stairs. Besides, take for example the lie detectors - they react to blood pressure among other things, so this is how easily our body reacts to stressors.
 
Very interesting Lev i didn't know how lie detectors work, if tonight my blood pressure is normal maybe i'll continue my cycle and inject 250mg again tomorrow.

But from which BP value should we stop our cycle ? I mean for exemple 150-90 is still ok or it's too high ? I was very stressed because i didn't know what to do...

Stress will defiantly impact BP. Stress causes your body to release a 'flight or fight' response. Your heart rate and blood pressure will increase immensely.

The best time to take your blood pressure is immediately after you wake up in the morning. This will give you the most accurate representation because there will be no external factors like stress or stimulants.
 
Stress has a major impact on BP. Just being nervous at the doctor can throw the test off. Just my opinion but I think if you can find a way to relax and not worry as much that you will be fine to continue with the cycle. Just trust your body. If you don't feel right, don't continue with it.

150-90 is still okayish, but the 150 part is already a bit high

Try to take it when you wake up, completely calm, without any coffee or stim intake or stress affecting the results
 
I'm surprised your doc didn't make you stand up then take it, sit down then take it, come back after 30 minutes and repeat. I know a little about BP and 150/90 is high and could have been from stress. The other issue is you stopped your cycle, so now you don't know if that was the issue without starting it again. You really should start implementing cardio in to your program. The benefits alone could drop your BP many points and your heart rate. Maybe a 2nd opinion from another doc? Brother I hope I helped some and keep us posted, I'm definately interested to know your ok.

My brother is a lie detector professional, so I know quite a bit about this world. Indeed, they work, and you would be amazed at how accurate they are. In any case, even short term situation of an interrogation will cause increased BP due to stress, let alone longer term stress. So it will definitely affect the readings.

This is the best way of measuring the BP. In fact, you can buy yourself a machine to measure your BP - they cost really cheap, and measure it yourself in the morning after waking up.
 
You're right, health first so i've decided to stop my cycle, i'm very sad because i just start to make good gains...

Next time i'll be smarter, i'll take my BP since day 1, i always overlooked it because i thought it wasn't important, i was wrong...

Maybe i'm not ready mentally yet for this dosage... 500mg could be very light for many people but since i started my cycle i'm very anxious maybe it's just in my head... before i usually did very light cycles (susta 250 only cycle or susta 250 deca 200...) and made very good gains, i'm thinking to return at these kind of cycles, i react very well to testosterone so why to add more.

@ nvr2lt : No bro she didn't do anything else but it was sunday and wasn't my regular doctor, but i'm pretty sure my regular doctor would have told the same thing, stopping cycle immediately lol.

Hey brother, your making the right choice! Not sure where your located, but most pharmacy a have a BP machine right by check out. There not the most accurate, but it's something. I seen a post that read High BP is the silent killer.... Spot on with that remark. Cardio really helps out heart rate and BP. I don't have either, as I used to be a runner and now just add good cardio to my routine.
 
@ nvr2lt : Thanks bro i hope it was the good choice because i'm very frustrated to stop my cycle so early lol, i'm from France but now i've got a BP monitor, i'll try to add some cardio to my routine around my trainings or just walking more everyday.

@ George Fred : Do you have red skin ? I'm currently 10 days later of my last injection and my skin is back to normal aspect, so i'm almost certain that high BP caused these redness, and stress has increased my BP a little more.
