calcium with zma

as i understand i should not mix zma with my calcium but i take all my pills at once in the morning would it be that big of a problem to mix the zma with calcium or is it something i dont understand

would it be something with absorption?
 
It mostly has to do with absorbtion, since these two elements do not interact as such. For better effectiveness, it is best to take them at least a couple of hours apart - you don't want to be wasting your supplements after all.

Take calcium after breakfast with other multivitamins, and zma just before sleep.
 
The minerals zinc, calcium and magnesium all have very similar absorption pathways and will compete for absorption. For optimal absorption of the product, you want to take them separately.

Take the calcium with breakfast, lunch or dinner and take the ZMA just before bed. The ZMA will also help promote deep and restful sleep.
