Oatmeal Recipies

Alright fellow evo members , post your favorite oatmeal recipes / things you add to it. Trying to get some new innovative idea's to the new implementation of oatmeal everyday!

This is what I have been doing with my oatmeal lately. Super simple and easy.

I'll boil hot water with a kitchen kettle and pour it over quaker instant oatmeal. I then let it sit for about 30 minutes to allow the oatmeal to thicken and cool down a bit. Then I mix in 2 scoops of vanilla whey isolate protein (I use isolation from n2bm.com), cinnamon, a little sea salt and some natural almond butter. If it's a high carb day, I'll chop up a granny smith apple and put it on top.

It tastes exactly like an apple pie. Really really good. I eat that about 60-90 minutes before my workout each day.

It all depends on how I'm feeling, as to what I'll add, or if I just have it Plain.

I use the Trader Joe's Organic Oats.
It's takes a couple of minutes in the Microwave.
I always add a Pinch of Sea Salt to bring out the Flavor.
Sometimes I'll add in some Oat Bran, then Top it off with Flax Seeds and Assorted Berries.
I don't add any Sweetener................................................... JP

Plain oat, milk, greek yogurt and either honey or peanut butter. Key is to NOT stir it a lot so you feel a different taste with every spoon.

Personally for me, it is very simple - I take some oatmeals, add in there some whey protein, and that's it - the taste is great. Feels like some good pudding or something like that. So far I did not find the need to do anything else with it - this way you get a good balance of carbs and protein.

Oats contain beta glucan which will help heart health tremendously

find a way to eat them. they are awesome.. just remember though you want to get high quality organic oats.. then go buying those premade sugary oats, that is garbage

I like to mix oats , eggwhites and chicken breast ham. I put it in pan and make "pancake" from it. I usually season it with oregano , salt and black pepper and bit of some low calorie chilli sauce on top.

If it is a day I am having a protein shake then I just throw it plain in there. If not, I will put in some frozen fruit....cools it down quick and gives just enough flavor

Oats + chocolate protein every morning, or if I need to carb up a bit more, I just do oats + raisins. Can really help you out getting those carbs in

Bump

Just ordered and Been thinking about adding powdered oats to my protein shakes on the thick side and make a real pudding out of it. Kind you can eat with a spoon. Shooting for 60g protein and 40g carbs. Then I could have 1 or 2 a day. Real goal is getting in more carbs for my next Tren cycle.

Will share my results once I get the ingredients down to create a pudding.

You can also make oatmeal cookies. I make them super healthy for my kids. Great little snack without the sugar and crap added

I have my first batch of pudding chilling in the fridge.

2 scoops chocolate protein powder - 50g
2 scoops chocolate powered oats - 50g

Stirred in with a fork just enough whole milk to make the consistency of thin frostingfrosting. Hope the oats will soak up some water and give it a thick pudding consistency.

Maybe I could make some chocolate oatmeal nobake cookies. Nummy

Well it turned out like frosting. Think I need a little more milk in the mix.
