Hey all, long time lu5rker, first time user.
29, 5'7" 160ish pounds.
I'm using Ostarine/S4/GW per the triple stack protocol dosing instructions
Osta QAM 25mg
S4 25MG BID/Q12
GW 10MG BID/Q12
HC Generate 5c QD (its arriving friday oct 21)
I do fasted cardio in the morning, HIIT three times a week, 5-10k row post leg days along with 6-18miles of mountain biking when its nice out
I do the weightlifting portion in the evening after i get a couple thousand calories in me. I usually center around a compound movement EMOM with body part specific accessory movements (EX: shoulder press EMOM with arnolds, front raises, face pulls, reverse shrugs and HSPU)
i guess my goals are more performance oriented with physique coming in a close second.

I am monitoring my bf via the inbody machine at a local shop...i don't know how accurate it is but i figure if i keep the testing methods controlled, at least i'll be able to gauge improvements or not.
If anyone has any ideas as to how i can adjust things or just want to ask questions etc...i'm more than willing to help with whatever i can.
ALso: Mad love for sarms1...i got the items in <96 hours!!! I haven't drank in years so the taste threw me off (currently mixing in applesauce...)
