Hi guys apologize in advance for spelling'm from Slovakia needs advice on PCT cycle you say to this schedule: Exemstan = 25 mg 14 days, 12.25 days 7 mg, 6.125 mg for 5 days
Tamoxifen 20mg = 14 days, 10 days 10 mg
Salbutamol = 12 mg to 16 mg fixed dose for 30 days
Clomid 100 mg = 14 days, 7 days 50 mg

the AI + 2 SERM pct is extremely outdated and frankly very lazy. it does not work either aside from roller coastering your HPTA. pct is about giving yourself a soft landing, if you run some outrageous dosages of these drugs i promise you will only fuck yourself

follow the perfect pct and you will have a much nicer time recovering

You should do HCG during your steroid cycle in order to prevent testicular atrophy. But do not do it during PCT as you will more harm then benefit yourself.

Also I think the dose of exemestane is too excessive in your PCT. Why not just follow the perfect PCT protocol?
