Crashed Estrogen

Long time lurker, decided to register today. I just received blood work back and my estradiol was <5.0
I've crashed my estrogen with Aromasin. My question is how long until I start to feel better? Achy joints, moody, zero libido, feel super weak in the gym. My last dose of Aromasin was yesterday. When should I start back taking my AI, but most importantly when will I start to feel better and get return of normal functions?

Aromasin has a half life of 25-27 hours.

As a general rule, it takes 4x a drug's half life for the drug to fully clear out of your body. In 4 days the aromasin will be out of your body and your estrogen levels will be back to baseline.

I would stop taking the aromasin completely for 4 days. In 4 days, re-start the aromasin but only use 1/2 your original dosage. Stick with that dosage for a week and then re-get blood work done to see where the new dosage puts your estrogen levels at.

The body makes Aromatase enzymes that quickly? My E2 was under 5pg/mL and considering the suicide nature of Aromasin I was under the impression I would have to wait a while until my body makes more Aromatase enzymes. I am on 500mg/wk test e cycle.

This is why I always recommend keeping a Daily Journal whenever you are on Cycle.
You should log your AAS and Ancillaries, and any and all Side Effects that you notice.

Finding that Sweet Spot for your AI can be one of the most difficult things to accomplish while On-Cycle.................. JP
P.S.
Also, log your Diet and Training.
In the Future, you can look back and see what worked and what didn't.

Thank you. I just feel very weak in the gym and can't f**k my girl. I want to in my mind, but the other half just isn't having it. TT is 2346 and I feel like I'm not utilizing it at the gym or the bedroom.

What dosage of Aromasin were you taking?

I was taking 12.5 EOD which is obviously too much for me. The symptoms started and I thought my Estrogen was very high so I took 25mg on my regular doseage day and that extra 12.5 tanked it.

You should start to feel better in just a few days. It will just take time since you crashed it. The key here is to learn for next time. This is why I always say to get blood work mid cycle. Everyone responds to AI's differently as we all have different amounts of estrogen. Some guys need a much higher/lower dose than others.

Ok thank you. I had read it could take weeks to make new Aromatase enzymes, which had me a bit worried as my workouts are sucking right now, no pump & feel weak. Hopefully it'll sort itself soon. I plan to get more bloods in a couple of weeks to check estrogen level.

Having too low estrogen is slightly better than having too high, but I agree - it sucks.

You feel horrible and workouts are definitely not optimal. Also its not good for the gains as well, as you need female hormones for that as well.

I hope you'll get better soon.
