Water Retention Help!?

Brothers,

Any drugs that can help with water retention? My diet is clean... I'm back training for footy.. running etc. However my head looks like I got stung by a bee. I'm only running Test- E at 500 a week.

You need to start running an AI from Day 1 of any Cycle.

Cause Water Retention can increase Blood Pressure, plus High Estradiol will Hurt your Gains.............. JP

You need to be using an AI with your cycle. Whenever you take a large dosage of testosterone, some of that testosterone will start aromatizing into estrogen unless you include an AI with your cycle.

High estrogen levels = water retention

The best AI choice is aromasin since it is a suicide AI so there will be no estrogen rebound when you discontinue usage. You can order it from ag-guys.com if you need a source. 10mg EOD is a good dosage for your cycle

agreed, been caught out with this before ended up with real high BP by the end of the cycle.

Absolutely always run your AI from day 1 of your cycle to prevent these kinds of estrogen related side effects. Aromasin is a better choice than arimidex so go with it if you can.

Get your hands on arimidex or aromosin bud.

Best two AI's on the market, they help with reducing estrogen levels. Aromosin is allot less harsh than arimidex, but alittle more expensive.

25mg EOD on 500mg test would crush his estrogen.. 10-12.5mg EOD is plenty
