First cycle help

Hello Ive been doing my studying and I am considering doing a cycle I have been lifting for 6 years and im 160 lbs 5’8 24 years old male. What would you guys recommend is a good first cycle for me ?

Unless you’ve had an injury to your Testicles or had a birth defect and have been on HRT for years, chances are your Testosterone Blood Serum Levels are probably around the 600-750ng/dl level - Plenty enough Test (naturally) to see gains from Training hard and eating right and enough...But if I can’t persuade you to stay natural until your Blood Serum Levels decline naturally - here’s my advice:

Testosterone Cypionate or Enanthate - 200mg/Week for 10-16 Weeks

Plain and Simple...You’ll be amazed by the size and strength you get from a “starter dose.” So many times newbies jump in the game at 400-500mg/Week with multiple compounds, and they don’t know which compound is doing what, and the sides at those dosages could be extreme depending on your body and how it responds.

Trust me brother, stick with the dose/cycle I’ve recommended and you will not be disappointed. Afterwards do your homework and get you some PCT gear that will help those balls get back to its normal testicular function.

i personally dont ever recommend anyone your age use steroids whatsoever... its your body, your life, your decision but i would urge you to think twice.. sarms would be a much better option for you... watch my video on the dangers of under age steroids use first.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JGvrqErX8g&t=47s

Why do guys that claim to have studied or done their research need to ask? LOL. You're a tad too young and I'd prefer to see the body weight a little higher.
 
same as the other thread. and again everyone has a different body structure.

160 pounds at his height he could be ripped.. if you go to an IFBB show and see the competitors at that weight they are shredded

what is your body fat OP? if it is over 12% then you simply do not have much muscle on your frame
 
if you have really been studying like that then what you do is propose a first cycle, since studying would give you the information you need to construct a cycle and then we can critique it for you... in this case, you really have not put forth any effort on your own whatsoever... i have several videos and writeups that hold a person hand through the entire process and thats why i spent countless hours doing these things, so people have the info at their fingertips and i dont have to repeat it over and over and over...
