I'm 6 weeks into my second cycle, its testp and primo. They both are giving me bad pip, especially in certain muscles, and are becoming worse and actually debilitating. I have leftover test E from previous cycle and want to try switching to that as i didnt have these issues with it first cycle. How do i transition and keep a steady hormone level? Just switch over to E on next pin? Or do i need to overlap and taper the P? I would stay on primo. Whats the best way? Thanks
