When to take Aromasin ?

I've always started my AI's same day or day after the first pin regardless of esters, But I just had a buddy tell me different timings to start with enanthate test, prop and deconathate test...
I tried doing a little search on my own to see how long did it take, if any, for aromasin to build up but all i found was the half life on males .

do you guys wait a few days or weeks to start ?

Never done gear but everything I've read you start same day

as soon as you take an aromatizing compound it starts converting to estrogen in the body

as far as exact info, everyone is different and it depends on what you are using and dosages. NOBODY on a fitness forum is going to be able to give you a black and white answer which is why i get triggered when i see people on 'other forums' giving dosage advice on AI's and flaming people who don't follow their cookie cutter opinion. I think that his good buddy simply made up that crap about different start times for different esters, because I've never heard anything like that before. Sounds like a pathological bullshitter to me.

Always start your AI on day 1 of your cycle and run it throughout your entire cycle and PCT
