So back in the day I bigged it up a LOT. HCL aka Creatine Ethyl Ester was, at that time, the next big thing. More recently all I've seen is that it's better in water. Meaning it degrades slower than mono when mixed.
I saw the argument others will have seen regarding testing after ingestion of both mono and HCL. HCL, it was suggested, showed up better after. As in on a gram for gram basis.
But there's little or no science regarding actual results. As in we don't take it to see what our blood tests are like vs what we want it to do.
And that's the bottom line. Do we grow, add weight, get stronger?
