Mono - 5g
HCL 750mg (micro dose)

You don’t need to load either one. Anyone that tells you otherwise is wrong.
 
I take it 5g pre and 5g post just creatine mono

I do too, that's why i was asking Mobster why the though HCL was shit. I find it to be perfectly fine and being I respect his opinion, I wanted to know maybe I'm missing something.

Curious, why?

So back in the day I bigged it up a LOT. HCL aka Creatine Ethyl Ester was, at that time, the next big thing. More recently all I've seen is that it's better in water. Meaning it degrades slower than mono when mixed.

I saw the argument others will have seen regarding testing after ingestion of both mono and HCL. HCL, it was suggested, showed up better after. As in on a gram for gram basis.

But there's little or no science regarding actual results. As in we don't take it to see what our blood tests are like vs what we want it to do.

And that's the bottom line. Do we grow, add weight, get stronger?
