Mk677 - sharing some exp

Alright guys so I started mk-677 on 9/10 so we’re going on 4 weeks tomorrow. I just wanted to share a bit about how I take it and what it’s done so far Incase anyone else is interested in trying it.

I originally started out using a companies called recon peptides, I jumped to 25mg on the first day and within 3 days bloat hit hard and lethargy so I backed down to 12.5mg and ran it there. The product they sell is great but this is more about the substance so do your own research there.

For dosing I’ve been doing the following, set my alarm for 4AM then I get up and take it on empty stomach then straight back to bed, back up at 630-7 to eat breakfast and get kids ready for school. This gives me 2-3 hours on a fasted stomach as I’m cutting, and it also makes you hungry so I wake up have a big breakfast and I’m content.

Within the first week of running 12.5mg I noticed an appetite increase, a little water retention and minor tingles time to time in the hands. On a good note I noticed vivid dreams, better sleep, over all good feeling from it.

Going into week 2 the appetite started to decrease some, side effects like lethargy tapered off too. Week 2 I also noticed I started sleeping even deeper yet again, a nice restful sleep for sure. The biggest thing coming in this week was increased recovery, noticed I was healing much faster, starting to feel good and energetic overall.

Week 3 hits, now recovery is outstanding, metabolism feels higher as the mk677 is helping me lean out/recomp on this diet for sure. My shoulder has some tendon issues witch started feeling better, lower back pains improved, even pain in my leg with nerve damage felt a little better. Endurance started going up and really falling in love with the compound.

Towards the end of week 3 my shipment of raw powder came in, 10 grams so a good year + supply at normal dosages. So now I’ve upped it back to 25mg for the past 3 days and only a slight increase in appetite appeared, the side effects aren’t as bad as the first time trying 25mg. Now with the powder I can tinker with my dosage a bit, I’m not a big fan of chems suspenses in ethanol but recon it’s legit so I used it until my raws came.

So I’m currently cutting, but I’m also running 300mg test-c/wk and my GW501516 arrived to so I’ll start that tomorrow. The mk-677 with the testosterone is doing an amazing job of keeping energy and strength up, I’m feeling great and starting to lean out.

I highly suggest everyone to try mk-677 regardless of goals, I can see where it would be amazing for bulking especially with the appetite. I don’t have much experience with HGH and the one time I ran it I did not run it long enough so it’s hard to compare but this stuff is amazing. I can’t believe how good my recovery is from workouts and issues I had in my shoulder, I feel like I can keep pushing harder and harder. I decided to use it well cutting just for over all benefits of healing and well being, but of course we all know HGH helps with fat loss so I figured this would be a perk, I always struggle on a cut feeling depleted and this is helping.

Really excited too see what the GW will add to this, my endurance levels should go through the roof with this combo.

My plan is to run it through my cut the entire time and after to maintain benefits and see its total recomp effects long term, so after cutting I’m going to try to maintain a strict diet around maintenance calories.

I’m going to update more once the 25mg dose fully sets in and I believe it’ll only get better with time. Tomorrow only marks 4 weeks total so in another month or two I should see full benefits.

I’m sure it is but recons was more in my budget, and of course the cheapest route is just to buy it raw like they do. If I get stuck in a pinch I’ll definitely keep them in mind!!

mk-677 is a really good SARM.

The only reason I would suggest someone using HGH over MK-677 is because of the hunger side effect. That's obviously not optimal when trying to cut/loose body fat.

I will say when I first started the mk677 it was hard to control the appetite, but after a few weeks I adjusted too it and became used to it. The hunger is still notable but it’s definitely improved since, so if you are someone who will have issues controlling appetite then it may not be good.

I find that a black cup of coffee an a bottle of water when it makes me hungry suffices.

Also I’ll be starting huperzine a tomorrow or Wednesday in order to maximize the full potential of the mk677. I will update if this worsens the side effects and what improvements I see.

I'm trying to shed bodyfat; but if this causes super hunger(im already hungry everyday 2500 calories a day sometimes is really nothing to me) I will be fat fuck.

It’s not super hunger but it’s notable, everyone can be different too. For myself the hunger surpassed too, if you can get thru it for a week or 3 then you’re good. I allowed myself some extra calories the first 2 weeks and didn’t note any increase in body fat, it appears my metabolism is higher.

Stay away from Proven Peptides...they put Kratom and M1T in their sarms...last thing I want is gyno and high creatinine levels. A guy on here went to the ER because of the scumbag scammers over at PP! I would only trust Sarms1...

So to add - today I started huperzine a, it came in this morning so I’m dosing 200mcg 3x a day. Looking forward to see what other benefits this can add.

I use a company called HU Pharma, you can do some research and see there’s a few legit sources for raw stuff but there’s also a lot of fakes.

I’ve been on mk677 for 12 weeks now, the recovery benefits have been nothing short of amazing. It seems like the accelerated fat loss has bottomed out a bit, that could be diet too.

My shoulder has held up so well on this blast of test which usually doesn’t happen, so I’ve been able to push my chest workouts so much further.

The healing and recovery benefits are still very apparent, going to keep on going with it.

I'm checking them out right now and it appears SARMS raws are coming from China. Which may be an issue for me because a lot of fentanyl is coming from China into Canada and customs are very thorough checking packages.
Still I'm gonna check some local Canadian forums regarding what is up with SARMS in Canada, last thing I heard they were still legal, but importation of raws maybe a whole different animal.

He ships from China typically, but the SARMS ship out of Korea based on my labels. He also has an EU domestic option so he could likely at request ship from Europe as well if it helps with Canada.

I sealed up the majority and wrapped it in foil to protect from light then stuffed it in the freezer for storage.

I’ve used more then expected so far on my 10 grams because I’ve shared with a few friends.

Quality raws are available if you do your research. We know SARMS1 and most other UGLs aren’t synthesizing their own raw powders.

With that said it you don’t know how to do business with them or find a decent company I would stick to using a finish product from a reputable source. I can only speak on my experience with these guys as my local UGL uses all their raws for their finished AAS too.

So as always be safe and do your own research for anyone else reading, Steve already knows that one.

Its not SARMS1 so that’s the biggest issue.

I do understand heeding caution on anything from China, however keep in mind SARMS are still a research chemical. So it’s not really that big of a deal in terms of legality like Trevor is saying.

So technically it’s very illegal to order any drug from any country.

So I can only personally speak on what I’ve used, the mk677, cardarine, tadalafil, rad, and some other SARMS and ancillaries. For AAS I’ve used test cyp and e, tren a, mast p, anavar, test p, primo, tbol - all were brewed from the raws they sell.

So personally I’ve only had good experiences. I think people forget exactly how much of this stuff is manufactured in China, including most HGH generics that guys run on a regular. Just because it ships domestically or from Eu doesn’t mean it wasn’t made with ingredients from China.

So again well I advise caution when buying out of China, just keep in mind exactly how much of this stuff is made there. Of course not all of it will be good, just like anything else.

With that said this is only my experience with mk677, the thread wasn’t met to be a giant debate on China raws.
 
It is important for everyone to do their own research and chose a source they feel comfortable with. It really depends on the person too. For me, I have kids and would never risk ordering raws in from China.

I wouldn’t either in Canada, the US customs is a joke for most PEDs. I personally wouldn’t order raw AAS powder since it’s a controlled substance and the raw powder shows clear intent to manufacture. SARMS however in the US are not scheduled the same as AAS.

Personally I try to stick to domestic for most AAS products, like wise I’m sure you stick with mostly Canadian sources.

Back to the original point, mk677 is a great compound.
 
Grunt, where do you or used to get your hgh? I dont think I can handle the mk as it would probably cause me to binge on all the crap food I shouldn't eat. I've always been afraid of this and are very weak minded when it comes to food as I used to be a bigger, fat guy when I had my kids.

Mk has helped me lose some body fat but as of recently my diet hasn’t been great and that’s partly because of the increased appetite so I definitely understand. I also started to eat a little more to finish my test blast anyway but it hasn’t been clean as it should, as you said the mk does give food cravings.

For HGH I’ve used PSL and loved it, but domestically for the best price I’ve had good success with GiantLab and HU Pharma (dame source for mk). They both have a domestic option, GiantLab carries a lot of peptides and that’s their only deal. HU carries just about everything from raws to finished AAS, peptides, HGH, equipment to brew, etc.

They’re both about 150 USD for standard (generic) kits or 180 for super (or their equal to pharmacy quality). To be completely honest I haven’t ran either of their super, only the generic but I like it.

I chose mk677 as a cost effective option for now, and will likely continue it for awhile but I’ll be adding HGH in after the holidays. I’m thinking of taking 2-3iu a day of HGH with a low dose of say 10-15mg of mk677 and see if that helps with the appetite.

I’ve also ran peptides from both companies with no issues, mainly GHRH and GHRP’s.

Hop on google and read about them when you get the time, you’ll be happy with most of what you see for sure.

Amen! My diet fell off a but since Thanksgiving too. I pack on pounds easy. Put on like 8# just over Thanksgiving and I didnt even eat that much! For whatever reason I'm really struggling to drop it and stay on track with my diet lately. Doesnt help that my littlest has been sick as hell so I haven't gotten more than 2 hrs sleep per night since last Thursday. Hopefully that shits coming to an end. Regardless, even before her getting sick, my desire to eat good was minimal at best and even with dieting, etc, I'm struggling to lose those pounds I put on. My wife gets on me sometimes because I'm too critical of myself. She says this lifestyle takes the fun out of life. Sometimes I hafta agree with her!! I just want a burger and a pizza damn it!!

Honestly I have no want to be extremely lean, the 8% mark for me would be certain death as I like food to much. I’m content as can be when I’m 14% so I’m working on just being back there, I’m pretty close now.

Use a more lean ground beef like 93/7 and cook it gently, granted it doesn’t taste as good as 80/20 but if you don’t over cook it you’re good. Use a good whole grain bread for a bun, I like a good rye or pumper nickel type that’s mostly whole grain. Leave the mayo off, stick to katchup in small amounts and mustard, obviously the veggie toppings are no issue, add a slice of cheese if you do dairy.

That gives you a balanced meal really, large serving of protein, whole grain carbs and some veggies. Granted my advice on dieting isn’t super grate since I’m not very lean haha, but still you can do a home made burger and keep it decent.

But of course nothing beats that nasty greasy fucker from the local mom and pop hole in the wall.

Yea bro I've recently learned that carbs and me dont go well. I'm an endomorph and carbs really hurt me. I eat complex carbs once a week, on leg day, and that's it. I do eat ground beef but just browned and with salt and pepper. My diet is plan as shit. Hoping it kicks in here because on paper it should work perfectly. I'm not incredibly lean either. Yea bro I've recently learned that carbs and me dont go well. I'm an endomorph and carbs really hurt me. I eat complex carbs once a week, on leg day, and that's it. I do eat ground beef but just browned and with salt and pepper. My diet is plan as shit. Hoping it kicks in here because on paper it should work perfectly. I'm not incredibly lean either. I sit around 13-15% and cannot for the life of me seem to get lower no matter how hard I try!

I can get down to around 7 if I really diet hard and I get that nice ripped look but I feel like absolute shit and sleep for shit and have no fucking energy...so I hover around 16 and cut up to 11 ish...im 40 so fuck not eating nachos and pizza just to have more taper...my girl like my body so I'm str8 on not being peeled

Im currently 37, 190, 5'10", 13-15% BF. Recently had bloods and everything is perfect. Had thyroid and all organs checked a year ago and all was good. I hired trevor to create a meal plan for me which I follow 100%. This is the 2nd plan he has created for me. 1st plan did exactly as it was intended. Diet is perfect. I drink 3-4L of water per day. No coffee. No sugar. I carb cycle. Do not IF. Weight train 5 days per week and cardio 5-6 days per week - both very intense - I fucking get it! Cardio is done after weight training session and is a minimum of 30 minutes. Sometimes I do HIIT sessions and sometimes I go for speed and distance. Either way - I am soaked in sweat when I'm done! On paper I'm doing everything right. I've always had a thick build. This is the leanest I've ever been but I'm far from where I want to be and seem to be severely struggling to get there. I have learned that my body type is definitely working against me and it's going to take me more, and longer, than many

I appreciate the comments my man and I didnt take them negatively at all. Have done fasted training and cardio, not by choice but rather because thats the way my timing worked that particular day. Never purposely tried fasted cardio and/or training. I'll talk it over with trevor. I'm getting ready to start a test/tren/tbol/cardarine cycle here in 4-5 weeks and was hoping to get BF lower before I did. The purpose of the cycle is recomp so hopefully, with my diet in check and my discipline, that may push me over the edge too. I'll be starting a log so watch for it!

Haha - thanks. My story is a long one (or maybe I just tend to be detailed and long winded). Anyway, long story short: I've always been a thick guy - even as a kid, but I was also always very athletic. Kind of a freak in that I was always the biggest and heaviest kid around (never fat) but yet I held records in my HS for speed running. I was a full back, half back, linebacker, wrestler and track/field guy. I've been lifting since I was like 13 but that faded in my young adulthood due to my music career. For a few years, after I stopped playing music, I let myself go and got to apx 250# which was the fattest I'd ever been. This was a few years ago. Finally I said fuck it, of had enough, and got back into working out. I am not sure what my BF% was then but it wasnt pretty. I saw some progress early on but then plateaued. Then I was, ever slowly, burning fat and building muscle but staying at a consistent weight - but I wanted to do it faster. Eventually I hit a few more plateaus and that's when I reached out to trevor. Before Thanksgiving I was 185. I somehow put on apx 10# around that time (and i didnt even cheat much!) and havent been able to shake the last 5#. Ideally I'd like to sit around 180 and work on recomp. I havent been 180 since i was 17 years old.

I’m the same way, I think it’s in my genetic make up, I end up with like one big slab it’s odd. Even when I was 8% in the service and did constant calisthenics I didn’t have a normal 6 pack. I used to be able to hop bar to bar and all.

Just isn’t in my genetic pool.

I should add that I take a grass fed whey protein right after I workout. I also consume 4L of clean water per day (not counting black coffee, pre-workout, etc). No dairy, no sugar, no fruit

Havent tried HGH yet but am planning to. Soon to start a prop/tbol/ace cycle. Hoping to start with prop/tbol and build up some strength seeing as I lost some during the last few months of dieting. Final 8 weeks I'll drop prop to TRT dose, continue with tbol and add 100 EOD ace. Hoping to use this as a recomp. Maybe the partioning value of tren will help me burn some fat

Oh yes tren-a will help significantly, I just couldn’t handle it. Within 7 days my forearms looked different already, but I only made it to day 10 and couldn’t hack It.

Tbol is a great compound, you’ll love it.

What did you stack with ace when you ran it and at what doses? I've ran tbol before and did really like it. Built nice strength on it and test E, got vascular and had little water retention. I'm really.gopong I can see the ace through for 8 weeks

I was running the ace at 140mg a week, so 20mg ED. Along with that 350mg of test cyp and 200mg of masteron p.

Just wasn’t for me, I may try again down the road again with TRT test and the ace.

Curious to see how it goes for you man, some guys tolerate tren well - maybe you could be one of them.

The GW501516 should help too, it helped endurance for me but the anxiety is what got me with tren. I felt like I was going to pop out of my skin, just a constant feeling on being on edge like I’ll snap. Haven’t felt that way in years, my wife could tell something was off with me.

I also have bad PTSD, so it’s likely just not for me.
