At 79 years I've seen the game change , mostly for the better. Many things have stayed the same, been proven by the test of time. One thing I have to mention is what Larry Scott once said, "85% of the physique is what you eat and when you eat it."
Of course "supplements" do aid that quite a bit. I , just today, spoke to a friend of mine in the gym, he is the same age as me and we chatted between sets about how yo MUST KEEP MOVING. If you don't they will "throw dirt in your face" (about 6 feet of it.) Right now I'm trying to gain and so far have gone from 228 to 243. Trying to keep the waist down and low fat but at this age it is definitively difficult. (I like Pizza too much) Keep pumping , got to run - see ya.
