hello joined up to learn what i can. goal is to lose weight build muscle and gain and understanding about how things work.
39 year old male weight is 196 lbs height 5' 9"
i used to run, workout play sports. last 10 years or so its come down to resturant food or fast food no working out and i watch sports instead of playing them.
