Sounds like I should check this Dspark out. Yeah I've heard of guys poppin Viagra before workouts (And I think some NFL guys were doing it) but I don't think I'll be doing that..... probably be way to big of a distraction!!!!!

Yeah to increase blood flow! I'm not the biggest fan of clean and I was getting tired of the preworkouts I was taking so I tried a product similar to a NO2 or No explode I can't remember the exact name but I loved it. These days I'm usually taking some sort of vasodialator before any workout...

I was doing just as you said cracking raws straight into protein shakes for close to a year without any issues. I knew of potential risks but did it anyways until I discovered the liquid whites! Way better idea! Im picky about how I cook my eggs but I really believe they are a must with my diet...
I've experienced great results with the next day couple set -extreme pump- kind of exercises! I recommend this to everyone who asks me for advice. Especially on breaking through perceived plateaus! Everyone should try it!

My neighbor went to a random doctor when he had the dose once asked the doctor for 2 pills one for him one for his wife. Doctor gave it to him no questions asked. Neighbor took 1 and crushed up the other one put it in his wifeys mashed potatoes....... problems solved!
