I always make iced coffee, scoop of vanilla protein, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water, and instant coffee.. I love it have it every morning. I use the Isoflex, mixes perfectly.

I read the thread, but why don’t you read a something on the internet on human physiology on why acne actually occurs. I’m just trying to tell you that it’s caused by an increase in oil secreted by your sebaceous glands on your skin, and more androgens can cause more acne as well. My apologies...
That makes no sense at all. Steroids in general just cause your sebaceous glands on your skin to secrete more oil. Nothing to deal with stable blood levels.
