Well at first we were just lifting. Then we tried getting serious. Eating healthy 6 times a day, lean protein, and vitamins. We work out up to 1.5 hours every other day and hit heavy bag plus jog 30 min in between work outs. I ain't saying we haven't missed a few sessions cause of kids or work...
We've tried the right way for almost 2 years. We just can't get the muscle tone we want. Thought abt gearing up but need advice. Also don't want waste our time.
