I agree with you, it takes time... however, I’m on 500mg test prop for over two months (done bloods and they’re perfect), and I was wondering to add these two tier drugs from now on.

Ok... I think that test and deca or test + deca + dbol is the best for you. With a good diet, good dosages and good workout, you can reach those 10lbs in a damn month.

I don’t give a damn about your 25+ years brah lol. Plus, my current cutting is 30min cardio 4 - 5 times a week at 2.200 calories. For my stats (height and weight) that’s pretty ok. I’m short (5,4ft) and weight about 160lbs.
It was a a protocol similar to a prep, dude. I don’t get why you’re so full of yourself. A attempted to 2 hours of cardio only in the last two weeks, that’s what I said. Athletes do even more cardio and eating even less. Cause they’re not willing to put lean muscle, but shred the fuck down.

So, I was getting ready for a photo shoot. And once again, I got really happy with the results. Then sorry to tell you, but it was totally worth it. And it was during the final 2 weeks though.

My experience allowed me to do over 2 hours of cardio daily, 5 resisted workouts a week at 2.000 kcal.
Yeah, diet alone can do it. However, you can use steroids and workouts to optimize that.
