Oats lower again around 58
White potato has a GI of 86 making it faster acting. That's boiled. Naked or microwave puts it over 100
Glucose is 100 for comparison
Really even with intra carbs!? How many iu of slin where you having? I know everyone responds different but will be sure to keep an eye on it. Will start at 3iu and work up

I time my carb intake around training also. Just be careful with using slin pre w/o I found I just didn't have enough long acting carbs in my system to get me through the workouts without feeling hypo. This was with pre and intra carbs too. I found for my routine post workout slin...
