Technically, 1ml equals 50mg. That's why I was doing 2 0.5ml doses a day to equal 50mg. The Half-Life is 6-8 hours so I've upped it to 75mg per day or 1.5ml.

Turned 32 years old today. No activity (besides a little horizontal cardio) and had some sweets in the diet today. Again, didn't really have energy. Tomorrow...I sleep! Gonna crush it tomorrow. Didn't take a picture today like I planned, so perhaps tomorrow.
Actually, the correct dosage is 1ml= 20mg. I split that into 2-0.5ml doses. One in the morning and one at night. But I've read the halflife is 24 hours so you could take it all at once, at the same time every day if you prefer.
I have to say, having only been on it for 2 weeks, and frankly needing to increase the amount of cardio I'm doing, I can't yet properly judge its' efficacy. I'm in the same boat as you. I'm more than happy with my strength and really only looking to cut fat on this cycle. But, I enjoy lifting...

Today was a dynamic rest day. Slept 30 extra minutes and kept my activity light. My lower back is definitely tight from deadlifts yesterday, but I'm surprised my chest isn't as sore as usual from chest day, two days ago.
