This is the best app I have found for counting calories and macros. It takes a little while to get your usual foods input but once they are there its a breeze.
My last cycle was test e 350 a week and eq 750 a week and I loved it. Made solid gains and I didn't have any anxiety issues. When you run anything for that amount of time you are going to be shut down so make sure your post cycle is done right.
I have a treadmill that never gets used I don't know what it is but I just can't motivate myself to run at home. When I get to the gym I have no problem jumping on a treadmill or elliptical. I guess I just get lazy as soon as I walk into my house.
My wife has run osta at 12.5 mg and she liked the results. The only side she noticed was a small bit of acne on her shoulders. No pct is needed for women.
