  2. I'm 6"1 & 190 lbs as of this post but I usually stay between 195 - 198lbs with plenty of energy. I also noticed my strength has dropped drastically. I always ask guys in the guy that I see putting the work in questions about what creatine their taking or what protein to use. The supplements one guy was naming I never heard of before so I ask what it was and where did I get more info on it and how could it help me. He told me that my doctor was ripping me off because there was no way that my test levels would recover taking 20mg a week let alone 2 weeks. I told me that I need to talk to the bodybuilding community and not the gnc/bodybuilding com community thus leading me here. Any help would be useful fellas. Is he right about the low mg of test my doctor is giving me and my levels recovering?

  3. The first treatment for the low test levels was this gel he gave me that I had to put on twice a day. Long story short that didn't last long or work. The next treatment was a test shot at 20 milligrams every other week. My doctor told me that the test shot would also help repair the damage muscles in my shoulder/cuff so I was excited and said that would kill 2 birds with 1 stone. A couple months go by before he does my blood work again. During that time I stop lifting weight and just stuck to cardio but my energy level was also horrible so my cardio was not going right or consistent. I notice I started getting a little belly. I told my doctor how I felt so he started giving me the shot every week. Don't like the having to pay the $30 copay every week but it's worth it if my test levels go back up.
  4. Hello everyone, my name is Kareem but friends call me Reem. As you can see I'm new to this forum and new to this world overall. Let me first start by saying I am not a professional bodybuilder, doctor or rep for any supplement company or organization. I'm a regular guy that works a 9-5 and love sports and working out. I did a little homework before I actually joined so I know how new comers can get eaten alive on this forum so please bare with me fellas because I need your help.

I'm going to send what I have to say and my blood work in a 3 part message since I can only put 1000 characters in each post.

Now I will get to what brought me here. Early 2015 I tore my rotary cuff in my right shoulder and yes I'm a righty so it was a nightmare. I decided with my doctor to avoid surgery and heal naturally through therapy and treatment. My doctor also told me that my test levels was low but it was normal for a man my age. At that time I was about to turn 38 years old.
