Depends on the compound, and how hot they get, and for how long. Sustained heat can change compounds, but that's the case with any substance, not just PH's

I haven't tried the Unleashed/Post Cycle combo, so i can't compare them, but I can sure vouch for Forged PCT being a solid product

PCT notwithstanding, it has been my experience that a lot of the guys that have their hands on a bottle of some PH DS actually should probably work out for two more years before running a cycle of any kind. Not to mention doing research.

^this. Forma / Formeron / Transaderm are each legal OTC transdermals, so your doc should be happy to advise you about them. You definitely want to talk with him because he's the one who will know about your current condition, and potential interactions with whatever protocol and treatment...
I have seen this. This EXACT same thing. Skinny guy too. Very skinny, but had a terrible case of ILS. He kept alternating between triceps extensions and hitting the heavy bag. I use the term "hitting" very loosely here. It was more flailing than punching, really.
