    Tendon repair ?

    Ostarine never did anything for me. Tried the ones from sarms1 as well as my Canadian rep for many months and neither really did much. BPC-157 is the only thing that's ever helped tendon repair for me.

    Yeah, I've been starting to train similarly to Mike Israetel and try to always leave reps in reserve on every set. The closest I'm getting to failure is at the end of the cycle, and even then, I'm still not bringing it to failure anymore. I'll check out that Frank Zane podcast.

    Not sure if you made a mistake in writing this, but are you saying you took 30mg the night before and then another 20mg first thing in the morning? I believe you're just supposed to take it first thing in the morning. That's what I've read and am currently doing.

    Weird, when I was on Deca and Test, or even just Test alone, it calms me right down. And I'm an impatient person who can get angry fairly quickly. Now I'm on Sarms, Rad and LGD, and I find I'm a little more aggressive then normal.

    Coincidence. Try stretching it out or putting a heating pad on it. I get shit like that happening to me a few times a year in different body parts. You may just have to wait it out until the nerve calms back down.

    Oh trust me. I would never use test except during a cycle and I try to keep it on the moderate side...500mg (or lower if I'm stacking with something else).

    I'd like to know this as well. I've tried weed before working out (sativa) and it just made me more dizzy then anything. But yeah, I'm with everyone else. Fuck that coach.
