Yes the hcg is a primer before I finish the test, if hcgenerate is working well for people I'm all for it .. Nolva will be after tren is 3-4 weeks out of my system
Ill look into the HcGenerate... I never had issues with my body shutting down.. this protocol for PCT has been the protocol used for like 50 years .. so i generally just stick with it.. but I'm not closed off to change.

Test E - 750 / Week - 12 Weeks
Tren A - 300 / Week - 10 Weeks
Mast E - 600 / Week - 10 Weeks
Winstrol - 50mg / Day - First 4 weeks (jump start shredding up a bit and hit my liver early before the other stuff builds up in my system)
Aro 12.5mg / EOD - 12...
Jamie Easons turkey muffins in a zip kick back and eat them cold... Keep 2 on your during your windows between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner.... That's what I would do. Come up with other small things u can do as well that don't need to be heated up

what type of cardio are you doing.. and also make sure your hydrated and maybe try not to be up on your toes so much... settle back down a little more towards your heals or something if its like a stepper or elliptical

Of course have your Anti E's and PCT ready to go
First cycle people usually don't recommend Tren.. I jumped into it right away and thought it was the greatest thing... your looking for strength... Test and Tren generally is the way to go. Halo is another good one for strength. Maybe follow a new gym routine focused on increasing strength...
aggreed... i didn't have anything here the day i had them... was just tasty lol. generally i won't use any syrup .. sometimes just a spray butter works well
I own my landscaping company and we are quite busy all season... So i generally have a little more freedom them you where i can get away if i really need to but.. generally i don't want to... I've come up with some simple meals and snacks to be able to carry around .... meal prep is much more...
