I like working 3 different grips I used to do close grip, thumbs on smooth then bench grip but after a while close grip was too stressful on my elbows especially with bands. I do so much tricep work that really it never affected me when I stopped

Switch the long deca ester out for NPP it’s still nandrolone but way shorter eater so if you have sides you can dump it fast. Pin up every 2-3 days 300mg a week is a good start.
