Biography:

I am a 44 year old male that has been working out on and off pretty much starting out from High school. I had to take a few years of due to my herniated disc in my L5/S1 area and I also have spondylosis. I was going to have a spinal fusion surgery done but I did not go threw with it instead I started with Physical Therapy and started strengthening my core and my back muscles which has helped me tremendously with my nasty muscle spams that I was getting. Anyhow, I took a few years off and now I am back at it and looking to achieve a very reliable goal of being 170 ripped & solid with around 10%bf..
