    I use fish oil just for sake of price difference. Don't think it would make a huge difference. I just look for the best DHA/EPA to price ratio.

    Honestly I use mine every time I go to the gym unless Im already feeling really good. I try to switch them up after each month though. You'll quickly become desensitized to it.
