As far as SARMs, GW and SR9009 will definitely help.
If you want to try AAS, try Test-P and T-Bol. This cycle helped drop my 100m time from a 10.55 to a 10.20 in the course of one track season.
Here is my advice and opinions.
I don't believe 300mg of Tren shut down your sex drive that fast, especially Tren-E. You should drop the Tren and research what you need for a proper PCT.
Since it's probably all mental, find some Cialis (tadalafil) to bring you out of your slump. PSL has some...
Tren-A at 350mg/week felt great for me. Just the typical sweats and rage sides, but they were very barrable. I'm just hoping I'll see some good results with the Enanthate version.
It really did help. Lots of insight and motivational stories, so thanks for sharing.
I guess now I'm just torn on whether to go 400mg for 15 weeks or 500mg for 12 weeks.
Just looking for peoples Tren-E experience and results.

I have a stockpile of Tren-E and Test-E and wanted to know some doses you all have ran Tren-E. I'm confident with...

Never taken any SARM with these cycles and never had a problem with...

I'm sure it really doesn't matter that I drink it during my workout, but I typically throw 10g of BCAAs in a jug of water and sip it throughout my workout.
To answer your question, the 30 minute post workout window is just bro science. You can drink your shakes anytime during the day.
It's funny how everyone has to chip in with their opinions instead of just answering your simple question. Don't feel like "drinking protein shakes is the devil"...
If I were you, I would stick to a program such as “Starting Strength” or some 5x5 program. Just stick to the basics/compound lifts, go heavy, and start eating more.
