    You nailed it, I'm not insulin dependant so all controlled with diet and resistance training... Test and other gear will spike my sugars and BP, ya gotta be smart! Checking levels around my meals, sure... But checking prior to and post workout is a necessity!!! Leg day effects my sugars...
