I watched one about guy who goes across the US with a juicer and goes on a liquid diet of fruits and veggies. Forget the name but was telling his story of how processed food was killling him and fresh fruits and veggies saved his life.

Im leaning towards BCAAs. I think Ill get creatine powder, and PWO will be N2KTS and AMP02, so Ill be good on those. Not sure if I need the DAA or glutamines as of yet.
