MRI.......so you know for sure. Mine only got worse over time, had to have surgery. Worst shit ever. Took a year to 100% recover. Hope it's not that bad for you.

I train them after biceps, reverse ez bar curls thumb over bar, wrist curls with elbows on bench, heavy. Hammer curls (I do these during biceps) preacher reverse curls every other forearm workout.

From what I've learned ed pinning reduces sides by keeping levels stable. I only pin eod, today is the end of my first week.

I had an infection last summer same area. Probably contaminated needle. Either way it went from red to warm and red then a purple and expanded in size and painful. Off to urgent care I went. A round of antibiotics later I wad good to go. Watch it carefully.

This is my biggest concern when I start up in two weeks. I'm going to try N2sleep as suggested as well. I take it the carbs from eating more shouldn't be a big deal due to Tren's nutrient partitioning? Thank bro.

I'm going to run the same thing soon, this is a known side effect of Tren. This is what I've understood in my research. Don't know if a sleep aide would help but must experienced users say it comes with the territory and it's worth it.

You are to young for AAS . You also didn't mention your workout history, body fat% etc. Sarms may be what your looking for. The pros here will guide you in the right direction.
