Everyone here says it's one of the worst supplements out there. When I wanted to take it they said it had a limited impact on weight loss and was dangerous for your heart.

It's a freezing cabin that's about half of the size of a bath tub. They slowly shoot freezing cold air into it while playing your choice of music. It went down to -120c when I was in it but if I remember correctly it can go...
Down 20 pounds of the goal of 50-60.
I've been doing intermittent fasting with low carb and a cheat day every Saturday. Been taking Ost/Card/S4.
Been working out 3-5 days a week. Mostly heavy weights. Not enough cardio. I've also been doing fasted kryotherapy which is awesome and burns...
I don't know what half of the sentences in your two posts mean. This is so complicated.
I'm down 20 pounds so far in 2 months with diet, exercise and SARMS. Are you suggesting that I'd be down 30 pounds of fat and up in muscle if I was juicing? How much does it actually help? 1-2 pounds...
Wen today and he just said they have to do some more tests. If I want there are ways to raise test levels but arent entirely safe. There are also natural ways. next week I'll do more bloodwork and then review with him.
Bloodwork just came back saying I have low testosterone. 289 or something like that. I scheduled an appointment with the doctor for today. Is this why I've been so sensitive to carbs and packing on fat all my life? Is there a silver lining to this (ie getting pharmacy testosterone!) or is it...
I didn't start noticing the effects until after 2-3 weeks.
The obvious issue I face (which you and everyone else trying to recomp is too) is that I went from too many calories to a caloric deficit. So our bodies aren't as strong and energy is less than if our bodies had an energy surplus...
I’m going to google the dangers of prednisone now.
Also - MY BACK IS ACTUALLY FEEING GOOD! I’ve been in and out of physical therapy for the last 16 months and nothing helped. Somehow today I just noticed I was able to do certain stretches with zero pain. Crazy!
Derm gave me prednisone and it cleared everything up the first day. I also started taking claritin and the rash has not come back. Thank god because I really wanted to give them a shot. Results so far:
12 pounds lost after 2 weeks of dieting
Around the 3 weeks mark I saw a significant jump...
The knowledgable members will want to know what dosage, how long you were on it and all of your stats.

And of course what you were on :)
Saw the derm and she said it was an allergic reaction and prescribed me prednisone steroid tablets. Rash went right away. She said to try and figure out what I started taking approximately two weeks ago that I'm allergic to. She said I can't take these pills for longer than 2 weeks.
Newbs like me would be screwed without your videos and the forums. It's pretty crazy that they would want to take it down when it helps a lot of people who have their minds made up to stay safe.
Same sheets. Washed at same dry cleaner. I haven't eaten or used anything new except for the sarms and n2slin. No new anything.
It's all over my stomach, the back of my legs, my quads and triceps. Benadryl does help a lot but I can't take that during the day because I'll fall asleep...
